I have the three main Bird mods in Skyrim SE, and Rigmor is right at the end of my load order. But when we reach the Thalmor incidents at the Northwatch keep, and we exit the fort with the List I distinctly remember enjoying the story of Rigmor of Bruma, especially in comparison to other Skyrim mods. It's- a hell of a lot better than the similar-ish Ambriel mod, for instance. Its a new game so Im guessing its due to a mod conflict, but Im having trouble pinning down the mod responsible and TBH I dont feel like deactivating my mods one by one to find the culprit.
